Following the excellent result for the year ended 30 June 2017, the Board of
Directors of Allied Farmers Ltd (NZX: ALF) has declared a fully imputed 0.2
cents per share giving a gross dividend of 0.278 cents per share.
The dividend will be paid on 19 January 2018 for shareholders on the register
at the record date being 15 December 2017. The Directors considered it

TRADING UPDATE
Allied Farmers Ltd ("Allied") (ALF:NZX) reported on 30 August 2017 that
expectations for FY18 were for careful growth in the livestock business but
tempered with a flat outlook for the meat processing business as overseas
prices remain low.

ALLIED FARMERS UNAUDITED FULL YEAR RESULT TO 30 JUNE 2017
The Directors of Allied Farmers Ltd ("Allied") (ALF:NZX) are pleased to
report a 52% increase in unaudited net profit before tax for the year to 30
June 2017 to $2.39m (2016 $1.57m). Allied has had another excellent year with
