Director Resignation - New Appointment and Notice of Independence
Incoming Chairman of Savoy Equities Limited Malcolm Johnson said the board
had, with much regret, received the resignation of long serving director Mr
Garrick Wells. Mr Wells stepped down as Chairman of the company at the
company''s recent Annual General Meeting.

Listing Rule 10.5.5(j)
The directors of Savoy Equities Limited ("SVY") have been advised by NZX that
they did not comply with Listing Rule 10.5.5(j) in the Annual Report for the
year ended 31 December 2012.
Rule 10.5.5(j) requires the company to state the gender composition of its
Directors and Officers as at balance date.
The company apologies to its shareholders for this omission and advises as
