Share Placement
Mr Garrick Wells, Chairman of Savoy Equities Limited announced today that the
company had successfully placed 20,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares to
interests associated with New Plymouth based businessman Mr Thomas Brankin.
The total consideration for the placement is $425,000. Commenting on the
placement Mr Wells said the funds would be used to execute on the company''s
business plan.
