Further to the announcement made by ASB Capital Limited (NS) on 15 May, 2013,
the dividend rate payable on the ASB Capital No. 2 Perpetual Preference
Shares (ASBPB), will be reset to 3.68% with effect from 15 May, 2013.

ASB Capital NO. 2 Limited wishes to advise that the Dividend Rate on the ASB
Capital NO. 2 Perpetual Preference Shares for the period 15 May 2013 to the
next reset date, being 15 May 2014 is 3.68% per annum payable quarterly.
This figure is equal to the Benchmark Rate on 15 May 2013, plus the Margin of
1.0% per annum (adjusted to an equivalent quarterly rate).
