Dividend Reinvestment Plan - Notification of Issue of Securities

Auckland Airport is pleased to announce it has issued 4,655,612 new shares
under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) as per the attached notice.

The total number of shares participating in the DRP is 262,258,425,
representing 22.0% of the total number of shares on issue.
