2,900,000 shares held by Mason Roberts Holdings Limited, and beneficial
interest in 2,900,000 shares held by the JCR Investment Trust (through JCR
Capital Limited and 730 Trustee Company Limited as co-trustees) respectively
transferred to the E & P Foundation Trustee Limited as trustee for the E & P
Foundation Trust. As the transaction is a resettlement of a trust, no
consideration is payable by in respect of the transfer of shares to which
this notice relates.

Nature of relevant interest(s): The remaining relevant interests in the
ordinary shares of Burger Fuel Worldwide Limited held by JCR Capital Limited
and 730 Trustee Company Limited are, and remain, as set out in detail in a
substantial holder notice dated, and submitted by JCR Capital Limited and 730
Trustee Company Limited on, 21 September 2011. The relevant agreements that
record and give rise to those relevant interests were disclosed with that
notice.
