Further to the announcement made by Wynyard Group Limited (in liquidation)
("WYN") on Wednesday, 24 May 2017, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that WYN
will be delisting from the NZX Main Board.
WYN will be delisted and its ordinary shares will cease to be quoted from
close of business on Wednesday, 31 May 2017.
