EARTHQUAKE UPDATE
Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that following initial
inspections no major damage has been reported at its properties located in
Wellington and Christchurch as a result of last night''s earthquake and the
subsequent aftershocks.
Structural engineers have been engaged to carry out further inspections
across the properties.
PFI owns five properties in Wellington and three properties in Christchurch
which in aggregate comprise approximately 7.9% of the portfolio.
