PORT OF TAURANGA LIMITED - SHARE SPLIT COMPLETED
Port of Tauranga Limited (POT) wishes to confirm that the share split
previously announced to the market on 18 August 2016 has been completed.
Every one share held on 17 October 2016 was split into five shares.
As a result of the share split, the number of shares on issue in POT are now:
Total ordinary shares 680,581,230
Shareholders will receive a statement from POT''s share registrar, Link Market
Services, in a few days notifying them of their new shareholding.
