Shareholders who have registered to receive electronic communications, in
respect of the Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held at Federal Room 2,
Rydges, 59 Federal Street, Auckland on 30 June 2016 commencing at 9.00am.
It is important that all shareholders have the opportunity to have their say
and vote on the Variation Proposal described in the notice of meeting. The
Stride Board unanimously supports and recommends that Shareholders approve
the Variation Proposal. To support the Directors'' recommendation you would
need to vote FOR the resolution.
