Further to the announcement made by ASB Capital Limited (NS) ("ASB") earlier
today, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the dividend rate payable on ASB
Perpetual Preference Shares ("ASBPB") has been reset to 3.20% per annum with
effect from Monday, 16 May 2016.
The dividend rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market
open tomorrow Tuesday, 17 May 2016.
