Acting Chief Executive - Termination of Employment

The directors of Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the Company) advise that today,
Friday 13 May 2016, is the last day of employment of Orsola Del Sante-Bland,
the Company''s Acting Chief Executive.
The directors wish to thank Orsola for her contribution over years and in
particular for devising and implanting the exit strategy of Kirkcaldie &
Stains'' retail operations following the Company entering into the sale and
purchase agreement with David Jones Pty Limited.
The directors wish Orsola all the best in her next endeavour.
