The exercise by the JCR Investment Trust of a call option granted under a
Transaction Agreement dated 23 August 2011 by the Mason Family Trust over
2,650,000 fully paid ordinary shares in Burger Fuel Worldwide Ltd. The call
option became exercisable as the volume weighted average market price of
Burger Fuel Worldwide Ltd''s ordinary shares reached or exceeded $1.50 for
period of over 20 consecutive business days. The consideration for the shares
transferred on exercise of the call option is the benefit to the Mason Family
Trust of this increase in value (relative to the position when the call
option is granted).
