APN appoints Anne Templeman-Jones to its Board of Directors
SYDNEY, 20 May 2013 - APN News & Media Limited [ASX,NZX:APN] today announced
the appointment of Anne Templeman-Jones as a non-executive Director.
Anne''s current directorships include Cuscal Limited, where she chairs the
Audit Committee, and HBF Health Limited, WA''s largest private health insurer,
where Anne has been a non Executive Director since 2004, and has Chaired the
Audit and Risk Committee and been a member of the Nomination and Remuneration
Committees.
Anne''s current executive role is as Director of Corporate and Institutional
Banking at Westpac Institutional Bank. She has previously held a number of
senior executive positions at Westpac, including Director Group Risk Reward,
Head of Strategy and Governance, Westpac Pacific Banking and Head of Private
Bank in both NSW and WA.
She previously held senior executive positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers,
Overseas Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC Bank), the Bank of New Zealand and
ANZ Banking Group. Anne held those roles while located overseas in Belgium
and Switzerland, and in Sydney and Perth.

management, compliance, and governance will both strengthen and add diversity
to the Board."
Ms Templeman-Jones is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors, a Chartered Accountant with the Australian Institute of Chartered
Accountants, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western
Australia, and an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the
Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales. Anne
is currently undertaking a Masters in Risk Management at the University of
New South Wales.
Ms Templeman-Jones will take up her position on the APN Board in June 2013.
