Subject : New Image Group Limited ("NEW") Delisting
Message :
On Friday, 10 May 2013 New Image Trustee Limited announced it would exercise
the right to compulsory acquire shares from the outstanding shareholders of
New Image Group Limited. NEW will therefore be delisting from the NZX Main
Board ("NZSX").
Pursuant to footnote 4 of Listing Rule 5.4.1, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises
that the last trading day in NEW ordinary shares will be Friday, 17 May 2013.
NEW will be delisted and its shares will cease to be quoted on the NZSX from
the close of business on Wednesday, 22 May 2013.
