Notice of increase in acceptances under Rule 49A of the Takeovers Code in
relation to the full takeover offer in respect of New Zealand Experience
Limited
We refer to the takeover offer given by Rangatira Limited (Rangatira) to New
Zealand Experience Limited (NZE) on 17 December 2012 for all the ordinary
shares in NZE (Offer).
In accordance with Rule 49A of the Takeovers Code, Rangatira hereby gives
notice that the total level of acceptances received for ordinary shares in
NZE under the Offer has increased by 1% or more of the total ordinary shares
in NZE on issue since the date of the last notice of increase in acceptances
under Rule 49A, being 16 January 2013.
The total level of acceptances to date is for 30,734,692 ordinary shares in
NZE, which constitutes 83.067% of the total ordinary shares in NZE on issue.
