On 13 November 2017, Investore Property Limited (''Investore'') announced that
it had entered into an agreement with Stride Property Limited (''Stride'') for
the purchase of three Bunnings properties located in Hamilton, Palmerston
North and Rotorua for $78.5 million (excluding GST) (''Bunnings Transaction'').
The Bunnings Transaction is a ''Material Transaction'' for the purposes of the
related party rules of the NZX Main Board Listing Rules and therefore subject
to shareholder approval.
A Special Meeting of Shareholders will be held to consider the Bunnings
Transaction on Thursday 8 February 2018, at 10.30am, in the Quarterdeck Room,
Royal Yacht Squadron, 181 Westhaven Marina, Auckland, New Zealand.
Attached is a copy of the:
o Notice of Special Meeting;
o Proxy Voting Form; and
o Independent Appraisal Report, prepared in relation to the proposed
Bunnings Transaction by Northington Partners Limited.
Shareholders can either vote in person at the meeting on Thursday, 8 February
2018 or appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf, by returning the Proxy
Voting Form no later than 10.30am (NZST) on Monday, 6 February 2018.
