Subject: Fliway Group Limited ("FLI") - Delisting
Message:
Shareholders today voted in favour of the proposal from Yang Kee Group (New
Zealand) Pty Limited to acquire all the shares in Fliway Group Limited
("FLI") via a Scheme of Arrangement.
Subject to approval of the Scheme from the High Court, NZX Regulation
("NZXR") advises that FLI will delist from the NZX Main Board.
The final day of trading in FLI will be on Thursday, 21 December 2017 prior
to being suspended at close of business. FLI will be delisted and its
ordinary shares will cease to be quoted from close of business on Thursday, 4
January 2018.
