Skellerup Holdings Limited engages in the manufacture, marketing, and distribution of dairy and industrial rubber products, molded and extruded technical polymer products, vacuum pumps, and rural supplies in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. It operates in two segments, Agri and Industrial. The Agri segment manufactures and distributes dairy rubberware, related rural products, and dairy vacuum equipment for the agriculture market. The Industrial segment manufactures and distributes technical polymer products to a range of industrial markets, together with vacuum pumps and associated equipment for various industrial applications. In addition, the company manufactures and distributes closed cell polyethylene and ethyl vinyl acetate foams products and milk filters; distributes dairy rubberware; and markets and distributes products for dairy cattle teat hygiene, as well as specializes in the recovery of rubber rollers for the printing industry. The company was founded in 1910 and is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
