Zintel (NZAX: ZIN) today announced its trading result to 30 September 2012 on
the eve of appointing a liquidator to the Group. As announced previously and

VeriFone Australia (HAPL) Pty Ltd, with regard the termination of its

Zintel Group Ltd (NZAX: ZIN) today announced the unconditional sale of its
subsidiary company Commit Services Limited effective from 30 September 2012
with settlement 5 October 2012.
The shares of Commit have been purchased by an unrelated, private investor
for $1,130,000.
