North Korea is still outraged that President Donald Trump dared to insult “the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK,” North Korean state media reported Sunday.

The U.S. will regret “letting such a depraved and stupid guy occupy the Oval Office,” the Korean Central News Agency reported, citing the Minju Joson. The regime’s criticisms come on the heels of Trump’s speech in South Korea, during which he addressed Kim directly and called North Korea a “hell that no one deserves.” The president also tweeted at Kim, taking pot shots at his decidedly short stature and growing waistline.

Speaking in South Korea, Trump painted a bleak picture of life in North Korea, highlighting the North’s long history of atrocities and human rights violations. “North Korea is not the paradise your grandfather envisioned,” Trump said, speaking directly to Kim. “It is a hell that no person deserves.” The president accused Kim of committing crimes “against God and man.”

“It is a stark reality that the old and ailing U.S. is heading toward the hell,” the Rodong Sinmun, the newspaper of the ruling worker’s party, wrote in a separate article. “Trump must clearly understand that his rubbish is leading the U.S., to say nothing of himself, to irretrievable road to the hell.”

The rogue North Korean regime criticized Trump for “malignantly hurting the dignity of the supreme leadership” and insulting “the state and social system of the DPRK and the life of its people,” warning the president to keep his nose out of North Korean affairs. “Trump had better pay heed to the despicable plight of his country, the dark empire of evils under worldwide criticism, before poking his nose into others’ things,” the North stressed in its commentary.

“The Korean people will never fail to make him pay dearly for his blasphemy,” KCNA asserted.

North Korea’s latest tirade against Trump follows an earlier report in which the North claimed the president is “a hideous criminal sentenced to death by the Korean People.” The Rodong Sinmun also made this point Monday, stating: “The mentally deranged money-grabber dared point his finger at the sun. This has made him the criminal who is sentenced to death by the army and people of the DPRK.”

“Those who challenge the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK and its social system can never find their place to live under this sky,” North Korean state media wrote. “Rabid dog Trump will certainly be made to pay dearly for his hideous crime.”

While the rogue regime has been trashing Trump, it is not uncommon for North Korea to throw dirt at U.S. leaders. North Korea is an equal opportunity, non-partisan critic of U.S. presidents. The North called former President Barack Obama a “clown” and a “monkey,” and Pyongyang once described former President George W. Bush as a “hooligan” who looked like a “chicken soaked in the rain.”

North Korea also has a history of freaking out whenever anyone criticizes or threatens the “supreme leadership.”

When Arizona Sen. John McCain called Kim a “crazy fat kid,” Pyongyang lost it, threatening to rain down destruction on the U.S. North Korea did the same in response to a Wall Street Journal op-ed calling for regime change.
