SINGAPORE (Oct 27) -- Singapore-listed Indonesian foods company Indofood Agri Resources third-quarter net profit attributable to shareholders fell 36.8% to 101 billion Indonesian rupiah ($7.4 million) from 159 billion rupiah a year ago as a result of higher fertilizer use and operating expenses, and foreign-currency fluctuations, according to an exchange filing Friday.
For the nine months ended Sep. 30 net profit attributable to shareholders rose 30.4% to 370 billion rupiah from 284 billion rupiah in the year-ago period.
