JAKARTA, Sept 20 (Reuters) - Indonesia's finance ministry sold 4 trillion rupiah ($304.18 million) of Islamic bonds at an auction, in line with the indicative target, its financing and risk management office said on Tuesday.

The weighted average yield for Islamic t-bills maturing in March 2017 was 5.87813 percent.

The project-based sukuk maturing in January 2018 had a weighted average yield of 6.38813 percent, higher than the 6.36325 percent at the last auction on Sept. 6.

The weighted average yield for the project-based sukuk maturing in September 2020 was 6.81659 percent, higher than the previous auction's yield of 6.66975 percent.

For the project-based sukuk maturing in August 2023, the weighted average yield was 7.21953 percent, higher than the 7.12029 percent at the last auction.

The project-based sukuk maturing in November 2031 had a weighted average yield of 7.54992 percent, higher than the 7.47912 percent at the previous auction.

The highest bid-to-cover ratio was 6.41 for the project-based sukuk maturing in January 2018.

Total incoming bids on Tuesday were 9.90 trillion rupiah, lower than the previous auction's 13.45 trillion rupiah.
