Customise Consulting Appoints Joshua Chapman as Partner

Specialist recruitment and search firm Customise Consulting is further expanding with the appointment of Joshua Chapman as their latest Partner.

Chapman held relationship management roles in the UK and Auckland before five successful years at a global recruitment firm Hays. Chapman will take a lead role in senior Accounting & Finance appointments.

Founder & Managing Director, Johnny Robinson, says; “Josh brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the team. He has a reputation for building deep relationships and a hunger to take ownership over his future; essential when looking to join our business.”

Chapman says; “Seizing the opportunity to join Customise is exciting. They have a reputation and offering that is very attractive and take a genuine partnership approach. This important to me and something our industry needs more of.”

Josh joins Customise despite a handful of strong offers from global and boutique competitors – a trend Robinson says is increasing.

“Experienced recruiters join us over traditional agencies because of our culture of empowerment and the benefits our people and clients experience. Empower and reward talented people and it will positively flow into your customer relationships” Robinson says.

Since its first Partner appointment in late 2012, the Auckland based firm has doubled in size year on year. After further investment and new offices this year, the company is experiencing increased demand for their refreshing alternative to the traditional KPI driven agency culture.

Customise is based in Newmarket and specialise in ICT, Sales, Communications, Accounting and Executive appointments.
