In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Masco (MAS) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 7.2%. Year to date, Masco has lost about 11.1% of its value.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Viacom (VIAB), trading down 9.7%. Viacom is lower by about 8.2% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are ONEOK (OKE), trading down 9.3%, and Goodyear Tire & Rubber (GT), trading up 6.0% on the day.
