Marshgate Group has announced the forward sale of Vision Stansted to Royal London Asset Management (RLAM).
Vision Stansted is a new light industrial/warehouse development totalling 103,894 sq ft in three blocks. It is located near London Stansted Airport just off Junction 8 of the M11.
Marshgate is responsible for completing the scheme under a development management agreement with RLAM having entered into a full forward commitment to finalise the purchase upon practical completion.
The scheme is designed to "appeal to a wide variety of employment generating users from high tech manufacturing, R&D and logistics".
Site works commenced in March 2015 with buildings being ready for occupation from June 2016.
