Milford Man Involved in Accident Charged with DUI
Milford police say the incident occurred in May but the suspect was charged earlier this month.
Scott Morgan, 36, of 1127 Windward Road allegedly drove a motor vehicle while under the influence of narcotics on May 4, according to police. He was not taken into custody on an arrest warrant on Nov. 14.
On May 4, Morgan was involved in a motor vehicle accident and was still on-scene when police arrived, police said.
He is charged with DUI.

Morgan was given a court date of Dec. 10 and released on $500 bond.
