The DLR, boozy Thames Clipper cruises and KFC feature in the work of two rappers who have been busy celebrating the wonders of Woolwich - but which one is better?

Community group Wonderful Woolwich have made a video featuring oddly-accented rapper Dru, who drops rhymes about SE18 backed by photos of the Thames Barrier and General Gordon Square.

News Shopper:

The song includes the memorable lyrics: "Keeping the streets clean, Dockyard to the Town Centre. We want people to visit let's make Woolwich better.

"So they can travel on the Thames Clipper, the DLR or Woolwich Ferry with a drink sippin'."

Clad in baseball cap and shades, Dru has a particularly unusual way of pronouncing "Royal Borough of Greenwich".

But is it better than Woolwich Town Rap by the charmingly monickered Ray P, who is sicker, but not necessarily in a hip hop kind of way.

His view of Woolwich is a little more gritty, with a few expletives alongside shots of the 96 bus and scantily clad ladies

He raps: "Girls galore walking up and down, wearing Primark leggings and eating hash browns."

Laura B adds the catchy chorus: "Woolwich town is the place to be, we've got market stalls and KFC. Woolwich town it's a royal place, we've got crackheads bruv all off their face."
