Suzlon’s Senvion Unit Wins Four U.K. Wind-Power Orders

Suzlon Energy Ltd.’s Senvion unit won four wind-turbine orders in the U.K. totaling 63.5 megawatts.
The biggest was for 14 Senvion MM82 machines totaling 28.7 megawatts at the Penmanshiel wind farm developed by Renewable Energy Systems Ltd., Pune, India-based Suzlon said today in an e-mailed statement. The project is due for completion in fall 2016, and the deal includes a 20-year service contract.
