Chance To See X Factor Contestants Perform Live

Mediaworks Gives the X Factor NZ Fans First Chance to See Contestants Perform Live

The wait is over! TV3 has confirmed the release of the first audience tickets to the highly-anticipated recording of the television audition rounds for The X Factor NZ, starting on November 26 in Auckland.

The audition tickets will be released through www.tv3.co.nz and will give fans the exclusive opportunity to not only be part of the television production, which will screen in early 2015, but to see the contestants perform live for the first time in front of The X Factor NZ host Dominic Bowden and the superstar judging panel of Melanie Blatt, Stan Walker and husband and wife duo Natalia Kills and Willy Moon.

Pre-auditions for the series took place around the country during October and early November, with series producers saying the calibre of auditions was the best yet.

Andrew Szusterman, MediaWorks Group Entertainment Content Director says, “We were hugely impressed by the sheer talent and enthusiasm from people around the country, we had record turn-outs in some towns.”

“Now it’s time to impress the judges. I’m picking they’re not going to agree with each other so our advice is prepare, practice and perform.”

Tickets to the televised auditions are complimentary and will be available from 9am today for a strictly limited time. There will be 14 televised audition sessions held between November 26 and December 2 at SKYCITY Theatre, Auckland.
