Iron Mountain Warehouse

Archive Warehouse LLC sold Iron Mountain Warehouse, a 91,319-square-foot building. The building is leased by Iron Mountain. The property sits on more than 13 acres and is adjacent to Route 568 and Interstate 176 in Mohnton, PA. The landlord was represented by Joseph R. Deerin and Ted Hummel of LMS Commercial Real Estate and the buyer was represented by Erik Gainor of Marcus and Millichap.

Gorman Twist LLC leased 334-square-feet for an Auntie Anne's location in the Lebanon Valley Mall, 2231 Cumberland St., North Lebanon Twp. The Auntie Anne's space was renovated with new signage and is situated in the Great Escape Movie Theater corridor across from Planet Fitness. Both parties were represented by Marisa Benjamin of LMS Commercial Real Estate.

Station Square

Yuzu Asian Cusine has leased 2,103-square-feet of space at Station Square, 32 McGovern Avenue, Lancaster. Joseph R. Deerin of LMS Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.

Kuai Lu, a Chinese restaurant leased 1,000-square-feet at Village Commons, 2005 Miller Road. Village Commons is a neighborhood shopping center and the site is currently under redevelopment. Building A was completed in June, 2014 and is fully occupied. The redevelopment of Building B is expected to be completed in November, 2014. The Landlord was represented by Wilay Boensch of LMS Commercial Real Estate.

William Werzyn Jr. purchased land from The United Methodist Home for Children Inc. in Lower Allen Twp. Werzyn plans to develop the land as additional parking for West Shore Window & Door located at 5024 Simpson Ferry Road. Art Campbell and Jessica Gasper of Campbell Commercial Real Estate Inc. represented both parties in the transaction.

Ekta Hospitality LLC, a motel company, will construct a Holiday Inn Express on five acres it has purchased at 120-122 Walnut Bottom Road, Shippensburg Twp. Two frontage parcels of one acre each remain available for sale or lease. James Ross of NAI CIR represented Anna M. Wiser, the property owner.

OTHER BUSINESS NEWS

A women's clothing boutique opened in downtown York. Indigo Bleu opened at 39 W. Philadelphia St. Owner Zarah Brooks is a recent graduate of York College. Indigo Bleu will sell women's clothing and accessories. The store will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Saturday. The store can be reached at 717-650-2425.

Quandel Construction Group, a Harrisburg construction firm was hired as the owner's representative by Manheim Central School District for their new addition to the Middle School. The new 8,500-square-foot, two-story addition will house the District Administration Office. The first floor will include offices for the superintendent and assistant superintendent, as well as conference/seminar rooms, kitchenette and waiting area. The second floor will house all other offices, storage and records room.

JEM Group in Harrisburg was awarded a project by Atlantic Tactical in New Cumberland. The project consists of a 40,000-square-foot corporate office relocation and retail operation expansion. The project will complete by the end of the year; JEM Group was awarded a restroom renovation project at Houlihan's in Deey Twp. The project will complete by the end of the Summer; CEVA Logics hired JEM Group to perform a loading dock project at its facility on Industrial Road in Lewisberry. The project will complete by the end of the Summer; JEM Group was awarded a renovation project at the St. Samuel Center for the Diocese of Harrisburg. The project consists of renovations within the facility, which is located on Willow Road in Lower Paxton Township. The project will complete in September; JEM Group has completed its work for the Hershey Trust at the Vista School.  The project consisted of a 10,370-square-feet of renovation including construction of new rooms that will be used for activities such as exercise, computer learning and classrooms in addition to new locker room facilities. The project also included major modifications to the existing mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and security systems to support the newly purposed facility.

The Good Samaritan Hospital has selected Beers and Hoffman Ltd., as architect and Arthur Funk and Sons Inc., as construction manager for the 21,000-square-foot Sechler Family Cancer Center project.  Good Samaritan plans to break ground for construction this fall and will open the center towards the end of 2015. The center will provide chemotherapy, infusion therapy and radiation treatment. The facility will also house physician offices, laboratory services, a pharmacy, social worker, dietician and spiritual center.

Think Loud Development LLC of York received a $5 million Economic Growth Initiative grant from the the state to be used for the renovation and construction of a nearly 54,000-square-foot office building and data and telecommunications center that will cater to enterprise, small to medium-sized businesses, healthcare, as well as carrier and wireless customers.
