Rihanna is dropping a multi-million dollar lawsuit against her former accountants after hammering out a settlement with the number crunchers, lawyers told a New York judge Thursday.

Manhattan Federal Judge P. Kevin Castel closed the legal action against Berdon LLP and bookkeepers Peter Gounis and Michael Mitnick following what was supposed to be the final pre-trial conference in the case.

Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Fenty, filed the lawsuit in 2012, accusing the firm and its accountants of making unwise recommendations that caused her to lose tens of millions of dollars.

The 26-year-old Barbadian beauty said the the defendants advised her to buy a moldy $7.5 million Beverly Hills mansion that she couldn’t afford and mismanged the finances of her 2010 “Last Girl On Earth” tour.

The accountants said they did nothing wrong and argued the “Umbrella” singer dug herself into a hole by skipping tour dates.

Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed but a source said Rihanna isn't getting a dime.

The terms of the settlement are confidential but a source familiar with the matter said Berdon isn’t shelling out a dime to Rihanna.

The source told the Daily News that a $10 million settlement reported in February was untrue.

The pressure was on Rihanna with a trial scheduled for May 12, the source said. She would have had to testify in public.
