RICKMERS MARITIME ANNOUNCEMENT OF 3Q2011 RESULTS

Rickmers Trust Management Pte. Ltd. ("RTM"), Trustee-Manager of Rickmers Maritime (the
"Trust"), plans to release the Trust's financial results for the Third Quarter ended 30
September 2011 on Monday, 14 November 2011.
Following the announcement, RTM will host a conference call for all interested parties, details of which are as follows:
