MICRO-MECHANICS WINS 'MOST TRANSPARENT COMPANY' AWARD FROM SIAS FOR THE FOURTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR
Singapore, 28 October 2011 - Micro-Mechanics (Holdings) Ltd.
("Micro-Mechanics" or the "Group") has received an award for
'Most Transparent Company - Main Board Small Caps (Runner
Up)' at the SIAS Investors' Choice Award 2011.
The recipients of the Most Transparent Company Award were
assessed based on the timeliness, substantiality and clarity
of their announcements, their degree of media access as well
as communication channels such as website and webcasting.
Said Ms Sumitri Menon, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of
Micro-Mechanics, "We would like to thank SIAS for honouring
the Group with this Most Transparent Company Award which we

2008. This recognition from Singapore's investing community

This is the tenth award that Micro-Mechanics has received for
its corporate governance and transparency practices since its
public listing in 2003.
In July this year, the Group received the Best Investor
Relations Award (Silver) in the "less than $300 million
market capitalisation" category at the Singapore Corporate
Awards (SCA) 2011. In January, Micro- Mechanics was voted
'Best for Shareholders' Rights and Equitable Treatment in
Singapore' for the second year running in Asiamoney's annual
Corporate Governance Poll. The Group was also ranked 20th out
of
657 companies listed on the Singapore Exchange in the latest
issue of the annual Governance and
Transparency Index 2011.
