Description CapitaMalls Asia Limited's subsidiary, CapitaMall Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaMall Trust, has today issued an announcement on the above matter, as attached for information.

CapitaMalls Asia Limited's initial public offering in connection with its listing on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in November 2009 was sponsored by J.P. Morgan (S.E.A.) Limited and DBS Bank Ltd.

ANNOUNCEMENT PAYMENT OF MANAGEMENT FEE AND ACQUISITION FEE BY WAY OF ISSUE OF UNITS IN CAPITAMALL TRUST

CapitaMall Trust Management Limited (the "Company"), as manager (the "Manager") of CapitaMall Trust ("CMT"), wishes to announce that 2,418,288 units in CMT ("Units") have been issued to the Company today.
722,254 Units have been issued, at an issue price of S$1.8592 per Unit, as payment of the base component and performance component of the management fee for the period from 1
July 2011 to 30 September 2011 (both dates inclusive) in relation to CMT's 40.0% interest in
Raffles City Singapore through RCS Trust.
1,696,034 Units have been issued, at an issue price of S$1.76551 per Unit, as payment of the acquisition fee of S$2,994,349.47, being 1.0% of S$299,434,947. This amount represents CMT's 30.0% agreed proportion of the acquisition costs (comprising of the total tender price and other related acquisition costs) in relation to the Jurong Gateway Site2. The Units shall not be sold within one year from the date of issuance.
With the above-mentioned issue of Units, the Company would now hold an aggregate of
37,515,976 Units and the total number of Units in issue would now be 3,188,751,755 Units.

1 On 29 August 2011, CMT paid its agreed proportion of the balance tender price and other related acquisition costs for the Jurong Gateway Site. The issue price of the Units was S$1.7655, being the volume weighted average traded price for a Unit for all trades on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the "SGX- ST") in the ordinary course of trading on the SGX-ST for the period of 10 business days preceding 29 August

2011.
