Acquisition of Acquos Masterbatch business
Further to Nuplex'' earlier announcement in connection with the acquisition of
the Acquos Masterbatch business, Nuplex confirms that the potential
transaction will have a positive but not material impact on earnings per
share of the Group.
The purchase will be funded from existing debt facilities and will have no
material impact on net assets.
