Foley Family Wines Limited (FFW) CEO, Mr Mark Turnbull, announced today that
the Company had completed an amalgamation with its wholly owned subsidiary
Foley Family Wines NZ Limited (FNZ) with the amalgamated company being Foley
Family Wines Limited.
Mr Turnbull also confirmed that Mr Bill Foley had been appointed as the
Chairman of Foley Family Wines Limited with effect from 4 October 2012.
