Rights Issue
As announced to market last week, Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (CRP)
intends to undertake a renounceable rights offer to eligible shareholders
(Rights Offer). Eligible shareholders will be granted the right to acquire 1
new share at an issue price of NZ$0.40 for every five existing shares they
hold in the Company. Eligible shareholders can choose to apply for more
shares beyond this allocation, subject to the availability of shares.
The indicative Rights Offer timetable is outlined below:
