TeamTalk Limited - Results from 2017 Annual Meeting
The following resolutions were put to the shareholders of TeamTalk Limited
(NZX: TTK) at its Annual Meeting held earlier today:
1 That Roger Sowry be re-elected as a director of the Company.
2 That James Sclater be elected as a director of the Company.
3 That Susan Freeman-Greene be elected as a director of the Company.
4 That the Directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the
Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2018.
All of the above resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3(a), the TeamTalk Board has determined
that the following Directors are Independent, as defined by NZX Listing Rule
