ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED (NTL)
CLARIFICATION SHORTFALL OFFER
NTL advises that the incorrect application form was released on October 3,
2017, with the shortfall offer.
Participants are not restricted to any maximum number of shares. Further,
participants are not required to be existing shareholders, however Australian
investors must meet s708 Corporations Act 2001 sophisticated investor
requirements and satisfy NTL that the investor is able to invest.
New Zealand investors are able to apply for shares in the shortfall of any
amount within the remaining shares available under the shortfall.
Attached is an amended application form for use by New Zealand investors for
shortfall which closes on 23rd October 2017 at 5pm NZT. Australian
sophisticated investors should contact NTL directly to satisfy it of their
eligibility to invest.
