The Board of Smartpay Holdings Limited wishes to clarify the times advised in
its Notice of Meeting released last week.
The meeting is scheduled to commence at 10.30 AEST on Tuesday 26 September
2017. There is no change to this timing however, because of differences in
the timings of the changes to daylight savings in New Zealand and Australia,
the equivalent time of the meeting is 1.30pm NZT and not 12.30pm NZT as
advised in the Notice of Meeting.
The timings in the Notice of Meeting and Proxy form that this affects are as
follows:
o Meeting date: 26 September 2017 10.30am AEST (1.30pm NZT)
o Close date for proxy submissions: Sunday 24 September 2017 10.30am
AEST (1.30pm NZT)
o Date for submission of questions prior to the meeting: Sunday 24
September 2017 10.30am AEST (1.30pm NZT)
