LONG-SERVING DIRECTOR TO RETIRE AT ANNUAL MEETING
In line with the Board refresh outlined last year,Steel & Tube Holdings
Limited today announced that long-serving director and former Chair Dean
Pritchard will be retiring as an Independent Director on the Steel & Tube
Board with effect from the Annual Meeting on 16 November 2017.
Mr Pritchard is retiring after serving on the Board since 2005, during which
he served as Chair from May 20, 2005 to October 10, 2012.
Steel & Tube Chair Susan Paterson said that "Dean has been an outstanding
Director and former Chair of our Board and has made an invaluable
contribution by combining his commitment to the company delivering to its
highest standards with his strong values and leadership.
"Dean has brought wide ranging experience and sound judgment to the Board as
we worked through a number of critical milestones in developing our One
Company strategy and then delivering our refreshed strategy in 2016.
We are very grateful for all his commitment and we wish him well in his
future endeavours."
Ms Paterson and Mark Malpass are new appointments to the Board in 2017 and
the process to appoint a further Director is underway.
