SMITHS CITY RELEASES NOTICE OF MEETING FOR
SHAREHOLDERS FOR YEAR END 30 APRIL 2017
The Notice of Meeting and personalised Proxy Forms have been sent to
shareholders today via email and NZ Post.
The Smiths City Group Annual Meeting for Shareholders will be held at the
Commodore Hotel, Memorial Avenue, Christchurch on Monday 21 August 2017;
commencing at 10.30am.
The Notice of Meeting is attached.
Also to assist shareholders to lodge a vote or appoint a proxy for the Annual
Meeting attached is a Proxy Form template for those shareholders who, for
some reason, may not have received their personalised forms via post or
email.
To use this form you will need to fill in your personal details and
CSN/Holder Number and follow lodging instructions as per the form.
