2017 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATION DATES
Annual Meeting Date
The Annual Meeting of shareholders of NZ Windfarms Limited will be held at
the Grand Mercure Hotel, Auckland at 12.30pm on Tuesday 26th September 2016.
Nomination of Directors
NZ Windfarms Ltd (NWF) confirms that the period during which shareholders may
nominate persons to be considered to be directors of NWF at the next Annual
Meeting opens today and closes at 5pm on Thurday 17th August 2017.
