APPOINTMENT OF COLIN SIM TO THE BOARD
CDL Investments New Zealand Limited (NZX:CDI) advises that Mr. Colin Sim has
been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 14
July 2017.
In welcoming Mr. Sim to the Board, BK Chiu, Managing Director of CDI noted:
"Mr. Sim is an Australian citizen and Sydney resident with a career including
more than 40 years of senior management experience. Colin has strong
analytical skills and extensive knowledge of both the construction and
property development sectors in Australia. We look forward to Colin joining
our New Zealand land development business and sharing his insights".
The Board has determined in accordance with NZSX Listing Rule 3.3.3(b) that
Mr Sim is an independent director.
