Employees cancelling options issued under the 2013 issue of the Fisher &
Paykel Healthcare 2003 Share Option Plan. 76,260 options were cancelled on 22
June 2017 pursuant to the Cancellation Offer approved by shareholders at the
ASM held on 12 August 2004. 52,017 shares were issued in consideration of the
cancellation of the options and are equal in value to the gain on the options
(such gain being calculated based on an exercise price of $3.57).
