Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
(1) Between 2 May 2017 and 5 May 2017 H&G Limited acquired 493,660 shares in
NZO on market for $310,971.06.
(2) On 9 May 2017, through a court approved scheme of arrangement, NZO
returned capital to shareholders by cancelling one share for every two held
with consideration of $0.627 (rounded) paid for every share cancelled. As a
consequence H&G Limited had 11,892,970 shares cancelled and received a return
of capital of $7,459,792.65.
Following the share cancellation NZO has 159,428,718 shares on issue.
(3) Between 12 May 2017 and 14 June 2017 H&G Limited acquired 1,426,874
shares in NZO on market for $912,571.14.
