Transition to FMCA 2013
As required by clause 30 of Schedule 4 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act
2013, SeaDragon Limited (NZX:SEA) of 12 Nayland Road, Stoke, Nelson, New
Zealand informs shareholders that it has transitioned to the Financial
Markets Conduct Act 2013.
Accordingly, from 1 December 2016, the requirements of the Financial Markets
Conduct Act 2013 apply to SeaDragon Limited.
This is an administrative notice only and no action from shareholders is
required at this time.
