Pursuant to clause 30 of Schedule 4 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
(the FMCA) Comvita Limited wishes to notify its security holders that it has
transitioned into FMCA effective 1 December 2016.
Accordingly, from 1 December 2016, the requirements of the FMCA apply to
Comvita Limited.
