Abano Healthcare Group Limited (NZX:ABA) is today sending a letter to
shareholders to provide an update on the partial takeover offer from
Healthcare Partners Holdings Limited.
The Board continues to recommend that shareholders REJECT the offer. To do
this, shareholders should simply ignore the offer documents from Healthcare
Partners and do nothing.
The letter accompanies Abano''s bi-annual Shareholder Newsletter which
provides an executive update on Abano''s continuing positive performance and
news from Abano''s businesses.
